Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire — 14 October, 2014

The Pokémon Company has released a new trailer for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It confirms the existence of Mega Latios, Mega Latias, Mega Beedrill and Mega Pidgeot, and also showcases flying over Hoenn. See below for official artwork.

Mega Latios gains boosts in Attack and Special Attack, while Mega Latias gains boosts in Defense and Special Defense. Both Pokémon remain Dragon/Psychic with Levitate upon Mega Evolving. Mega Beedrill has higher Attack and Speed. Mega Pidgeot gains a large boost in Special Attack.

of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is due to be released from(tomorrow!). The demo will allow you to Mega-Evolve your starter of choice and will show a new never-before-seen Mega Evolution too. The PokéNav returns in OR/AS as the PokéNav Plus with many new features. The DexNav shows information about nearby Pokémon and allows you to find Pokémon to battle. The more you search for particular Pokémon, the more chance you will find one with a hidden ability or rare move. The DexNav will also register Pokémon that are visible in the overworld belonging to trainers, even ones you dont battle.

The AreaNav shows the map of Hoenn along with other useful information such as berry trees, secret bases and trainer rematches. The BuzzNav shows various TV programs and information retrieved via StreetPass. The PlayNav lets you access the same screens as you had in X/Y – Pokémon Amie, PSS and Super Training.
