A new Pokémon Presents has aired, giving information on Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, plus various other Pokémon spin-offs. Heres the video:
Pokémon Legends: Arceusfeatures several new Pokémon and forms. The game is set in the past in the Sinnoh region, but it is known asHisuiback then. The new Pokémon are:
One of the main aims of the game is to observe and catch Pokémon in this ancient region. Wild Pokémon may be battled usingStrong Style, which increases power but lowers action speed, andAgile Style, which decreases power but raises speed.
For the most partBrilliant Diamond & Shining Pearlappears to be a faithful remake of the original games, but several new features were shown:
The Grand Underground allows you to build a Secret Base.
where Pokémon can be seen on the map. The Pokémon available will change when you change statues in your secret base.
Poké Balls can be customised with stickers, which cause different animation effects when the Pokémon enters battle.
Pokémon Super Contests feature a dance section where you need to make your Pokémon move to the rhythm of the music.
The Union Rooms allows interacting with trainers globally in real time.
